The Parish Council is provided with details of planning applications that have been made to Cheshire East Council, in relation to building and development proposals in the area.
The Parish Council will make consideration of proposals, and where relevant, will formally respond with any comments, queries, or matters of concern.
Planning applications are ususlly discussed at the scheduled Parish Council meetings; however where applications are received that have a date consideration requirement prior to the next meeting, a 'Planning Sub-Committee' may be called to review and comment on behalf of the full Parish Council. Any comments would also be reported at the next scheduled Parish Council Meeting.
