Should you believe that the Parish Council or any of its Members or Officers have acted inappropriately, or that your concerns have not been adequately acted upon, a formal Complaints Procedure is available to assist the resolution of the situation.

The Parish Council had adoprted a 'Communications Protocol' to formally define the way that it will effectively communicate and manage information inclufing enquiries from, and responses to, third parties.

Freedom of Information
The Parish Council maintains a duty to ensure that its undertakings remain legitimate, and to this end, records of its considerations, decisions, and activities are routinely made, and where apllicable, are formally recorded.
The majority of these records are publically available, others may be available by specific request to the Parish Clerk. Details of the available information are defined in a Freedom of Information Publication Scheme.
